About the Role We're looking for a seasoned case manager to keep an assigned portfolio of California personal injury claims moving through pre-litigation. You'll help clients stay informed and follow through with treatment while keeping insurance follow-ups, documentation, and deadlines on track. This role offers day-to-day ownership, but requires someone who already understands U.S. PI fundamentals and can resolve routine issues with minimal training or supervision, escalating appropriately to attorneys. Responsibilities Keep your assigned pre-litigation caseload progressing toward resolution by prioritizing next steps, monitoring deadlines, and closing outstanding follow-ups. Keep English- and Spanish-speaking clients informed about treatment progress and case status through clear, empathetic communication and persistent follow-through.
