About the Role You’ll support attorneys by preparing discovery requests and responses, drafting litigation documents, and creating reusable legal templates. The firm needs an experienced paralegal who can take ownership of assigned documentation with minimal training and supervision. Your accuracy and organization will help attorneys access reliable case materials, stay ahead of discovery deadlines, and move cases forward. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve documentation processes, using your technical skills to make drafting and case preparation more efficient. Responsibilities Prepare attorney-ready discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. Draft accurate discovery responses in coordination with attorneys, identifying missing information and supporting materials that need follow-up. Produce clear, properly formatted pleadings, litigation documents, and correspondence for attorney review. Build and maintain reusable legal templates that improve consistency and reduce repetitiv
