We are seeking an experienced, proactive Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support our legal team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who can contribute immediately, think critically, and operate independently—not just execute tasks. Responsibilities: Request, track, and follow up on medical records and billing from providers, hospitals, and insurance companies Coordinate with medical providers to verify billing details, outstanding balances, and required documentation Maintain and update case files, ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and current Review medical records and bills for completeness, identifying and flagging any missing or inconsistent information Assist with case intake, including initial file setup and documentation organization Communicate with clients regarding treatment status and outstanding documentat
