In this role, you will support a busy immigration law practice handling U.S. and Canadian immigration matters, working closely with an attorney to keep cases accurate, organized, and moving forward. About the Role As an Immigration Paralegal, you will take ownership of preparing employment-based and family-based immigration matters from information gathering through attorney-ready case assembly. Your work will directly reduce administrative bottlenecks by ensuring forms, supporting documents, letters, and case files are complete before final attorney review. You will work independently in a remote setting while collaborating closely with an attorney in a small, lean practice.
