About the Role As an Email / Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will own hands-on execution across email, SMS, segmentation, retention, deliverability, and reporting. You will personally build and maintain Klaviyo campaigns, automations, and lifecycle flows while managing the connection between Klaviyo and Recharge. This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys being close to the work. You will be expected to understand the strategy behind each campaign, but you will also be the person building, testing, troubleshooting, launching, and optimizing it. Because the business operates on a subscription model, your work will directly influence churn reduction, repeat purchases, upgrades, winbacks, and customer lifetime value.
