About the Role You will support the firm's Personal Injury Case Managers throughout the pre-litigation process. The team needs your hands-on experience to keep treatment coordination, client communication, and outstanding requests from becoming bottlenecks across a high-volume caseload. You will own routine administrative follow-through while working under your assigned Case Manager's direction and escalating concerns that require their judgment. Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST. Responsibilities Keep assigned pre-litigation cases progressing by tracking daily priorities, completing follow-ups, and supporting your Case Managers with outstanding action items. Keep English- and Spanish-speaking clients informed about case updates, medical appointments, and treatment progress through clear, empathetic communication.
