About the Role This is an end-to-end Amazon leadership role, not a PPC-only position: you’ll connect marketplace performance, advertising, operations, and reporting to profitable growth. You’ll initially work alongside the existing agency, independently evaluate performance, and lead a gradual handover with clear knowledge transfer. Expect to remain hands-on and operate independently during the initial phase, without immediate supporting hires.
