Why This Role Matters The people in front of the camera often determine whether an ad succeeds or fails. As a Junior Casting Talent Coordinator, you'll help discover the creators, actors, and everyday people who make audiences stop scrolling. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who lives on social media, has a great eye for authentic personalities, and wants to learn how performance-driven casting works. You'll work alongside experienced producers and casting specialists who will teach you how to identify winning talent and build lasting creator relationships.
