Company : United Concordia Dental Job Description : The Summer 2027 UCD Sales and Service Undergraduate Internship provides students with an opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience supporting the Sales and Service team dedicated to United Concordia Dental’s Southeastern Pennsylvania market. This internship is designed to develop the next generation of diverse business professionals through direct exposure to the full sales cycle, customer service, relationship management, and dental insurance operations. As a member of the Sales and Service team, the intern will work closely with experienced sales professionals, account teams, and cross-functional business partners to support market initiatives, client and producer needs, and day-to-day departmental objectives. Participants will gain insight into each stage of the sales cycle, from prospect and market research through sales support, client onboarding, ongoing account service, and relationship management.
