The Summer 2027 Quality Lead/Operations Undergraduate Internship provides students with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting software delivery, quality engineering, project coordination, and operational reporting within a large technology organization. This internship is designed to develop the next generation of technology and business professionals through direct exposure to enterprise testing practices, delivery governance, data analysis, and the software development lifecycle. As a member of the Quality and Delivery Operations team, the intern will work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Leaders, Quality Engineers, testing teams, and business stakeholders to help plan, coordinate, and monitor testing activities that support the successful delivery of technology initiatives. Participants will gain insight into how project coordination, quality assurance, and data-driven reporting work together to reduce delivery risks, improve software quality, and support release readiness.
