Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Graduate Intern

The Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Graduate Internship provides graduate students with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting customer experience strategy, digital experience optimization, journey analytics, and experience design initiatives within a healthcare organization. This internship is designed to develop the next generation of customer experience, analytics, and digital strategy professionals through direct exposure to customer journey evaluation, voice-of-customer insights, user experience research, and data-driven decision-making. As a member of the Customer Experience team, the intern will collaborate with business leaders, digital experience professionals, marketing teams, product owners, and analytics partners to help analyze customer interactions and identify opportunities to create more seamless, personalized, and frictionless experiences across customer touchpoints.
