Position Overview This role is for a hybrid long-form editor who can comfortably operate across multiple editing styles without losing pacing, structure, or retention. We are specifically looking for someone who can handle BOTH: Story-driven, narrative-style editing Fast-paced, personality-driven YouTube/vlog content This is extremely important for the role. One project may require a more structured, cinematic, reality-style approach focused on storytelling and emotional payoff. Another may require a faster, more personality-led editing style built around energy, pacing, and retention. The ideal candidate understands how to shift between both naturally.
