Patient Care Advocate - Part Time (Tue/Fri/Sat)

The team at Hey Jane is looking to expand our team by adding a detail oriented, human-centered, tech-savvy Patient Care Advocate with a background in medication abortion who can provide excellent customer service. This is a remote role with required weekend hours. We are currently hiring for 1 part time role. Schedule : 11:00am - 7:00pm PT (8 hr shifts) Workdays : Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday Compensation: $30-$33/hr (higher rate for weekend differential pay) Responsibilities Answering patient questions related to treatment, logistics, and next steps. Troubleshooting patient concerns related to shipping, refunds, scheduling, and care coordination. Tracking patients through their care journey and ensuring timely follow-up
