Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) - Remote

Do you use AI and tools like Claude, Figma, Dovetail, and Mixpanel strategically to learn faster, prioritize better, and build strong SaaS experiences—based in Hanover or working remotely within Germany? Your Mission You will develop well-thought-out solutions from the initial sketch to the final interface, collaborating closely with engineering to turn them into high-quality product experiences. You will identify problems, opportunities, and relevant user needs early on, prioritizing together with the Product Trio on what has the greatest impact on product quality and user experience. You will design journeys, user flows, and prototypes, using them strategically to make ideas tangible quickly and validate them through testing. You will combine qualitative and quantitative insights from research, customer feedback, and product analytics to make informed design decisions. You will work closely with product management, engineering, research, analytics, brand, and other relevant stakeholders, facilitating formats and ensuring a shared understanding throughout the process. You will introduce new methods, trends, and technologies into the organization and apply AI purposefully where it accelerates and improves your design process in a meaningful way.
