Delivery Manager / Scrum Master - IT Quality & Regulatory

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong Scrum Master capabilities to drive the delivery of IT products within Quality & Regulatory domains. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional product teams, managing delivery governance, and ensuring predictable, high-quality releases using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. Experience in software testing, product simulation, or complex industrial environments, such as pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing, would be a strong advantage. The successful candidate will proactively manage dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments while ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment across teams and stakeholders. YOU WILL Own delivery governance, release readiness, and go/no-go processes, ensuring that entry and exit criteria are met and decisions are properly documented. Drive end-to-end delivery execution across product teams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and dependent workstreams, from planning and design through production release.
