No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Do As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will help clients research, plan, and coordinate vacations based on their individual needs, preferences, and budgets. Responsibilities may include: Researching destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages Helping clients compare travel options Creating personalized vacation quotes and itineraries Coordinating accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities Communicating with clients before, during, and after the booking process Providing professional customer service and travel support Staying informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and travel requirements Completing supplier and destination training Maintaining accurate client and booking information Developing relationships with new and returning travelers Promoting travel services through networking, referrals, and social media Participating in team training
