About the Role The Nurse Practitioner – Quality & Education Lead is a clinical leadership role that combines direct cardiovascular patient care with responsibility for advancing clinical quality, education, and clinician development. This individual will provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a virtual environment while leading initiatives that promote clinical excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement across the care team. The role will support clinician onboarding and ongoing education, conduct peer and chart reviews, provide coaching and performance feedback, and help develop and implement clinical quality programs and standards.
