Sr Strategic Data Analyst

The Senior Strategic Data Analyst is responsible for the promotion and enablement of a data-driven culture within Healthfirst Operations. The Senior Strategic Data Analyst understands the health insurance industry and their own department such that he/she can identify opportunities for the use of technology and analytics to improve efficiency within the department and across the organization. Additionally, the Senior Data Analyst plays an integral role in the pursuit of department initiatives by leveraging analytics to provide insights that support key decisions and successful outcomes. Leverage leading analytical tools to generate insights that facilitate key decisions by department Leadership Develop repeatable analytics aimed at department and Executive Leadership that provide insights into the health and performance of the department.
