Overview Sr. UX Designer – Marketplace Experience We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our Experience Design team and help build and expand our Marketplace experience. This role focuses on creating intuitive, trustworthy, and engaging commerce experiences that help members discover, evaluate, purchase, and manage healthcare products and services. The ideal candidate combines strong human-centered design skills with experience designing marketplace or e-commerce products and is comfortable using research, analytics, and AI-assisted tools to improve customer outcomes. Success in this role is measured by improving customer understanding, trust, engagement, conversion, and long-term business outcomes through data-informed, human-centered design. What you’ll be doing Design end-to-end marketplace and commerce experiences across mobile and web, including product discovery, search, comparison, checkout, onboarding, and post-purchase journeys. Translate business strategy into intuitive interaction models, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive both member value and business outcomes. Use customer research, analytics, and experimentation to identify friction and imp
