Overview Sr. Content Designer / UX Writer – Marketplace Experience We're looking for a Senior Content Designer to join our Digital Experience team and help shape the voice and content strategy for our growing healthcare marketplace. This role creates clear, trustworthy, and engaging experiences that help members confidently discover, evaluate, compare, purchase, and manage healthcare and financial products and services. The ideal candidate combines content design, UX writing, behavioral science, and digital commerce expertise to create experiences that improve customer outcomes and business performance. Experience designing content for e-commerce, digital marketplaces, telehealth, affiliate marketing, or other customer acquisition and conversion-focused products is highly valued.
