Introduction: The Information Management team develops and operates HateAid's information and system architecture: from infrastructure, end devices, and groupware to cybersecurity, CRM, digital products, and AI solutions. We implement digitalization projects, automate business processes, and ensure secure, seamless operations in compliance with the BSI IT-Grundschutz and GDPR. In this way, we create a reliable technological foundation so that people can focus on helping people when it matters most. Your future roles: IT project management from concept to go-live – You manage cloud/infrastructure, software development, and integration projects across their entire lifecycle: on time, within budget, and meeting the required quality standards. Budget and financial responsibility – You oversee the entire IT budget (software, hardware, development) including quarterly and two-year planning, forecasting, and invoice authorization. Agile and hybrid project management – You combine agile and classical PM (Scrum, Kanban, waterfall, hybrid), prioritize resources, and skillfully manage risks, stakeholders, and change processes. Digitalization and Open Source – You drive digital sovereignty forward: migrating from Microsoft 365 and Atlassian to established open-source solutions as an organization-wide project and resource management system. Product and project integration (MarTech & consultation stack) – You manage strategic integration tasks.
