Vice President of Operations (VPO) – ERP Business Unit Job Overview Leading the business unit, you are responsible for developing and implementing the strategic plan covering sales, support, product development, and professional services. The VPO is solely responsible for achieving the business unit's financial targets. Alongside the rest of the business unit's executive team, you must define and execute the strategies necessary to achieve your operational objectives. Location: Qualified candidates may work remotely / from a home office in Quebec. Travel: Significant travel is expected. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire an executive management team composed of senior directors of Sales, Support, and Professional Services; Achieve net revenue, bookings, and EBITA targets set by the Group Head and Chief Operating Officer; Support the sales and professional services team in the enterprise sales process for new clients, particularly regarding specifications requested by consultants or prospective clients; Develop a clear strategy for AI adoption within the business unit; Ensure AI adoption within the business unit based on received objectives, and track and present progress to your Group Head on a weekly basis; Develop and implement a three-year plan.
