Senior Project Manager

Business Unit: At ClearDATA, we provide secure, compliant cloud and managed services designed specifically for the healthcare industry. We are looking for a Senior Cloud Systems Engineer to join our Professional Services team and lead technical implementations across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. Job Summary: We need an experienced, highly technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between our internal engineering teams and our enterprise healthcare clients. You won't just be checking boxes on a timeline; you will be navigating complex technical requirements, managing escalations, and ensuring our frontline technical teams can deliver on time and within strict compliance standards Work Mode: Remote Shift Timings: Monday to Friday – 5:30pm IST to 2:30am IST Location: Mumbai - Remote Core Responsibilities Project Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of implementations, cloud migrations, and operational projects for high-revenue enterprise clients. Planning and Reporting: Own project planning, budgeting, time tracking, and deliver regular status updates directly to executives. Procedure Development: Implement and own standard procedures for Professional Services engagements in close coordination with other internal teams. Cross Functional Alignment: Coordinate across engineering, technical support, and security teams to drive accountability, without micromanaging technical execution. Technical Translation: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and clients
