Sales Manager – Geospatial Solutions

Remote, United States · Full-time We're looking for a player-coach sales leader who knows GIS and uses AI every day. You'll carry your own territory and quota, and you'll also lead our sales team and own its results. That means two jobs in one. On your own, you'll win new customers and grow existing accounts with cities, counties, and utilities across the US. As the leader, you'll coach the team, own our pipeline and bookings forecast to Harris leadership, and manage the Sales team budget. AI tools are a core part of how we find prospects, sell, coach, and forecast, and you'll set the example. You'll also be the person customers trust to explain, in plain terms, what AI can and can't do with their GIS data. This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in the US, with regular travel to customer sites and GIS conferences. Harris is part of Constellation Software. What you will do Sell (your own territory) Carry a personal quota and own your sales territory. Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, pricing, and closing. Work through RFPs and public buying processes with patience and care. Use AI prospecting and research tools to find opportunities and focus on the accounts most likely to buy.
