Your Responsibilities Support and further development of an existing customer base in the education sector Advising our customers on software, cloud, and digitization solutions Technical topics are part of everyday life and will be handled in coordination with our specialist teams Identification and development of cross- and up-selling potentials in existing accounts Close collaboration with technical service (Professional Services), support, and inside sales Representing AixConcept at customer meetings, events, trade fairs, and professional forums Maintaining customer data and supporting analyses and reporting What You Bring First experience in sales, customer success, account management, or a comparable client-facing role
