Responsibilities The Collaborating Physician works with an APN (or more than one) who is performing in home and/or telehealth wellness assessments on patients’ designated by HarmonyCares Medical Group. APNs working with the Collaborating Physician will not have prescriptive authority, nor will they be treating patients. As a Collaborating Physician you will: Be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions Regularly performs annual chart reviews Consults with APN ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws and quality Be accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers Qualifications Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License Board certified/board eligible required Res
