Our HR Tech & Data Specialist will support the effective operation, continuous improvement and development of the organisation’s People technology and data capabilities. Working closely with the HR Tech & Analytics Manager, the role will provide day-to-day HR systems administration, data management, reporting and analytical support. The role will help ensure that HR systems and people data are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose, while identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology, automation and better use of data.
