The Senior Manager, Social Media is the senior lead of Hard Rock Bet's organic social program, setting and owning social strategy across all HRB channels. This role leads and develops a team of Social Media Managers and Coordinators, guiding them from strategy and content creation through community building and performance measurement. With a strong focus on expanding Hard Rock Bet's online reach and engagement, this role builds scalable programs that contribute to acquisition, retention, and revenue generation, mitigates reputational risk, and delivers a best-in-class social presence whose business impact is unmistakable.
