POSITION OVERVIEW Business Development is seeking to add a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director, M&A and Strategic Development to support the continued growth of the Hanwha Renewables (“HWR”) and Hanwha Energy USA (HEUH) platforms. This individual will play a leadership role in the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of mergers & acquisitions, project divestitures, strategic investments, joint ventures, and broader corporate development initiatives.
