Talent Acquisition Manager, Operations and Quality - Quality and Compliance

This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote role supports high-tempo search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple concurrent assignments within South Africa. Key Responsibilities Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance Define process standards and improve operational metrics for time-to-hire and quality-of-hire Requirements Experience managing or leading talent acquisition delivery, workflow prioritisation, or quality control Ability to define hiring process standards and improve operational metrics Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management Benefits Salary range: 6
