About the Role As H&R Block continues to expand support to our tax preparers assisting taxpayers with filing accurate tax return and obtaining the best tax result possible, our team is looking for individuals to work with us during tax season providing best-in-class assistance to Block branded tax professionals. In this role, you will work with H&R Block tax preparers via our online submission systems to provide answers to the legal and regulatory issues encountered when preparing individual, business, estate, and trust tax returns. You will use your research and writing skills to provide accurate and detailed responses to complex tax questions. The ideal candidate will bring successful experience with research and writing and substantial knowledge of tax law or tax return preparation. The candidate should be able to work independently while working as a member of a team to achieve team goals and objectives.
