About the Role H&R Block is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape Spruce, our native mobile banking experience. You’ll design clear, trustworthy experiences that help customers confidently manage their money. Lead end-to-end product design for complex Spruce mobile banking features and customer journeys Translate customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, data, and regulatory requirements into clear product opportunities and intuitive experiences Frame problems, map journeys and flows, explore concepts, prototype, validate, and deliver production-ready designs Plan, conduct, and synthesize customer research and usability testing, translating insights into product and design decisions Define the future of Spruce's native iOS and Android experience, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, trustworthy, accessible, and aligned with platform best practices Establish scalable patterns, frameworks, and interaction standards that improve consistency across the Spruce ecosystem Leverage AI-enabled tools, including Figma Make, Figma MCP, and emerging technologies, to accelerate exploration, prototyping, documentation, and delivery
