Product Experience Designer

About the Role We're looking for a Product Designer who can turn complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences. You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers to build customer and associate experiences from discovery through delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong product design fundamentals who is comfortable shaping content, contributing to experience strategy, and leveraging AI to accelerate how work gets done. Design end-to-end customer and associate experiences across web, mobile, and emerging channels Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content partners to solve customer problems Conduct and apply customer research, usability testing, analytics, and feedback Help shape content and messaging within experiences when appropriate Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, ideation, prototyping, and content development Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders Contribute to design systems, patterns, and best practices Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver effective solutions Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field Portfolio demonstrat
