The Group Product Manager, SMB Accounting is a strategic product leader responsible for owning the core accounting and bookkeeping experience at the heart of the Wave/Small Business product suite - the product that most directly determines whether a small business owner trusts us with their books, day in and day out. This leader will manage a team of Product Managers. This is a coach-player role - the ideal candidate is energized by both individual contribution and people leadership, and knows when to shift between them based on what the business needs. They will lead their team in translating strategy into execution, ensuring product outcomes align with business and customer needs. They will manage product budgets, oversee their product team, and promote best practices in product development and discovery - with particular attention to the accounting/bookkeeping domain's regulatory, data-integrity, and trust requirements.
