As the Senior Compensation Analyst, you will support the design, implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies. What you’ll do on a typical day: Provide support to assigned customer groups, employees, and HR colleagues in the interpretation and administration of the GXO’s compensation programs, policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws governing compensation practices. Perform financial modeling to ensure programs are viabl
