This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to develop workforce strategies, labor market recommendations, hiring plans, onboarding approaches, compliance requirements, and implementation plans that support successful customer pursuits and operational startups. The Manager maintains ownership of assigned projects throughout the solutioning and implementation lifecycle, ensuring continuity, accountability, and workforce readiness from RFI/RFP through site stabilization.
