Assistant General Counsel - Procurement & Technology Transactions

The successful candidate in this mid-level attorney position will provide legal counsel and transactional support for procurement, healthcare operations, technology transactions, and strategic business initiatives across GuideWell and its affiliated companies. With 5-10 years of relevant legal experience, this role requires experience in commercial contracting and complex vendor, healthcare, and technology transactions. The incumbent will support health insurance, provider, and health solutions businesses and work closely with procurement, business, technology, privacy, compliance, information security, and operational stakeholders. This position provides legal advice and counsel on complex commercial matters with limited supervision and requires sound business judgment and independent decision-making.
