This role is ideal for nurses with strong ambulatory, outpatient, primary care, specialty clinic, or physician practice experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care remotely. As a Remote RN Triage Nurse, you will provide clinical assessment, symptom management, patient education, and care coordination services through telephone and digital communication platforms. You will serve as a critical extension of provider practices, ensuring patients receive timely guidance and appropriate levels of care while supporting continuity of care across ambulatory settings.
