Job Family: Data Science & Analysis Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: Security Administration Define and maintain security groups, domains, and business process security policies. Conduct regular audits of user access and security configurations to ensure compliance with ITGC and internal controls. Support quarterly privileged access reviews and coordinate with IT Security and HR stakeholders. Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to resolve access issues and implement security best practices. Reporting and Analytics Develop, test, and maintain custom and standard Workday reports. Provide real-time insights into user access, organizational data, and compliance metrics. Support internal audits and data requests by generating evidence and documentation. Create interactive broadly sourced Power BI Dashboards Collaboration and Support Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and other cross functional teams to understand reporting needs and security requirements. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and change management processes. Train and support end-users on Workday reporting tools and security protocols. What You Will Need: Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
