Job Family: Finance & Accounting Consulting Travel Required: Up to 75%+ Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: As an Automation and Analytics Senior Consultant, you will be a member of our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practice and part of a team responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. Typically, Automation and Analytics Senior Consultants manage multiple workstreams across a broad range of healthcare projects, including strategic planning, healthcare reform readiness, physician/hospital integration, financial /risk modeling, and merger and acquisition design. What You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of prior relevant consulting and/or health industry experience Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks Demonstrated management of smaller work streams or deliverables Ability to demonstrate an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel Ability to travel 75% or more What Would Be Nice To Have: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health-related field Master's degree from accredited university in business or health-related field Strong written and oral communication skills Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry Track record of strong client service Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects Efficiency, f
