As part of our recruiting team, you’ll be working to attract and recruit experienced advisors to Guardian Network firms across the country. You will Source experienced Financial Representatives and experienced wealth management recruits to firms across the country, using various sourcing tools and sourcing strategies. Travel across the country to meet with Experienced Advisor Recruits and partner with field leaders on their recruiting strategies. Travel to various markets to execute on warm sourcing strategies such as thought leadership events and networking. Collaborate with business partners on recruiting programs and offerings.
