About the Role We're looking for an organized, hands-on People & Admin Ops person to be the operational backbone of our People & Culture team. This is a part-time, fully remote role. It's a role with a lot of moving parts, and it suits someone who likes to stay on top of things and keep things in order. You'll report to our Head of People & Culture and have real ownership over how our day-to-day People operations run. The role is flexible and fully remote, which makes it a great fit for university students, parents returning from parental leave, or anyone who values flexibility.
