IT Governance Specialist (Security and FinOps)

At Grupo Intelipost, we transform logistics in Latin America through cutting-edge technology, featuring a highly scalable cloud platform that connects e-commerce businesses, industries, and carriers. We are looking for an IT Governance Specialist to structure and drive Information Security and FinOps governance for the Technology department. This professional will serve as the central point of information regarding vulnerabilities, compliance, and cloud costs: they will consolidate data, lead governance rituals, track action plans with managers, and ensure leadership has the visibility needed to make decisions. Operating in an organized manner and working closely with teams, their objective will be to keep security and costs under control through clear processes and continuous monitoring, without slowing down deliveries. Structure and maintain Information Security and FinOps governance processes, including policies, roles, metrics, and tracking cadence; Drive the vulnerability management process: consolidate findings from scanning tools and CVE bulletins, classify by criticality, route to responsible teams, and track remediation deadlines; Organize and act as secretary for the Security and Cost (FinOps) committees: prepare agendas and materials, record decisions, and track action plans to completion; Monitor and hold managers and squads accountable for security and cost pending items, escalating significant risks and delays to leadership.
