Java Backend with Camunda 8 (BPMN) - 3+ years. About the opportunity: We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to work on the development and evolution of solutions based on Camunda 8 (BPMN), contributing to the automation of business processes in an agile and highly complex environment. The professional will be responsible for technical design, microservices development, software quality, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: Develop new components and maintain/evolve existing features according to the product roadmap; Actively engage in software quality assurance and the dissemination of agile development best practices; Define and implement automated tests; Support and technically mentor junior developers; Work closely with business areas and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements; Ensure the delivery of solutions within scope and with a high standard of quality; Define the technical design of solutions and keep architecture documentation up to date; Collaborate with partner technology teams on application evolution; Participate in the technical refinement of epics and user stories; Produce technical documentation and presentations for new features.
