About the Role

Main responsibilities: Be responsible for designing end-to-end orchestration for complex workflows (main flows + exception flows) using BPMN. Translate business intents into executable process designs, considering the reality of distributed systems (timeouts, retries, idempotency, partial failures, and eventual consistency). Define process boundaries, start/end conditions, key states, and interaction patterns (messages, signals, timers, escalations, and compensations). Produce and maintain a concise Process Design package for each initiative (process narrative, BPMN diagrams, exception strategy, variable model, and observability requirements). Facilitate design workshops with business/operations stakeholders and engineering; question and clarify requirements until the flow is coherent and testable. Establish and ensure modeling standards and best practices (naming conventions, sub-process structure, and reusable templates) in conjunction with the Camunda chapter. Work in partnership with engineers to ensure the design is correctly implemented and remains readable and evolutive. Define and validate operational readiness: monitoring/alerts, SLIs/SLOs where applicable, incident management flows, and process KPIs. What we are looking for? Mandatory qualifications: Proven experience in workflow design using BPMN 2.0 (or equivalent orchestration/modelling tools).
