JAVA Developer with KAFKA

Java Backend Developer with Kafka. About the opportunity: We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to work on microservices development in a highly complex technical environment. The professional will participate in defining application architecture, building scalable solutions, and evolving critical systems, working alongside multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies. Responsibilities: Develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot; Participate in architecture definition and software solution design; Develop high-availability and scalable applications; Implement automated tests ensuring code quality; Work on the continuous evolution of applications and incident resolution; Collaborate with Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Product teams; Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices. Mandatory requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java Backend development; Advanced experience with Apache Kafka (minimum 4 years); Microservices development; Spring Boot; Functional Programming; Java 8 or higher; JPA; Automated testing (TDD and/or BDD); PostgreSQL, Oracle, and/or MongoDB databases; Experience with Scrum agile methodology; B2 level English; B2 level Spanish. Differentials: Experience with Reactive Programming (Project Reactor, WebFlux, RxJava, or similar); Knowledge of OpenAPI Specification 3 (OAS3) for documentation and standardization.
