Main Responsibilities: Preparation of material lists, measurements, and "as-built" dossiers; handling of budgeting tools (Presto, Cost-It, advanced Excel). Daily coordination with Site Managers in Spain via Teams, BIM 360, or Procore; neutral written and spoken Spanish (basic technical English desirable). Draft plans and models using AutoCAD and/or for electrical installations and industrial HVAC systems. Requirements: Graduate technician in Technical Mechanical Drawing, Industrial Design, Industrial Mechatronics, or Machine Design and Development. Minimum of 4 years of experience in blueprint design. Availability to work remotely with at least a 6-hour overlap with Madrid's working hours. Expert knowledge of AutoCAD design software. Knowledge of regulations and safety. Basic English (desirable).
