Main Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with REBT and RITE regulations in all projects. Manage and develop detailed plans using tools such as MS Project or similar. Review and update drawings and models in AutoCAD/Revit according to project specifications. Upload and update construction progress and certifications in the construction ERP system. Perform accurate measurements of materials and resources, and prepare cost comparisons. Support the Construction Manager in decision-making related to project progress, budget, and deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and/or degree in Industrial Engineering or similar fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in blueprint design. Availability to work remotely with at least 6 hours of overlap with Madrid time. Expert knowledge of AutoCAD design software. Knowledge of regulations and safety standards. Basic English (desirable).
