Automation and Support / AI Analyst

Main responsibilities: Design and manage automation workflows in Make, Zapier, or n8n (webhooks, connectors, alerts). Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI) for tasks such as data classification and extraction. Configure and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Inventory, Projects) and create internal automations. Develop scripts in Python and JavaScript for process automation. Perform basic queries in PostgreSQL and consume REST APIs. Create basic dashboards in Power BI or Metabase. Use Git and Docker for version control and local testing. Document processes and collaborate with business users to propose improvements. Requirements: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics, Software, Automation, Computer Science, or related technical fields. 3 or more years of experience setting up workflows in Make, Zapier, or n8n: webhooks, connectors, alerts, and automatic reports. Certifications or courses in platforms such as Odoo, Python.
