As a Tech Community Specialist I, you will work in the Technology Planning ecosystem within the Tech Communities squad, serving as the strategic focal point connecting Grupo Boticário with the internal and external technology ecosystems. Your focus will be to strengthen GB's presence and positioning in the market as a reference in high-level technology, as well as coordinating major institutional and technical events for our teams, ensuring operational excellence, risk management, calendar governance, and budget monitoring: Event planning and execution: Drive the complete cycle of GB's main tech community events in both in-person and hybrid formats, from conception to post-event, managing schedules, logistics, communication, participant experience, and continuous improvements; External event and content management: Identify, prioritize, and structure GB's institutional presence in relevant conferences, meetups, and forums, coordinating speakers, technical topics, and connection initiatives that amplify
